Return Policy / Exchange Policy will accept items for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving shipment. Item(s) must be unworn and returned in new and original condition/packaging. All sale items and special orders are final and non-returnable/exchangeable. Item(s) can be exchanged for another item or issued a Store Credit that can be used online or in store on a future purchase. Store Credits have no expiration date. Although items are shipped free of charge, returns/exchanges will be subject to the shipping charges from the carrier.

A Return Authorization # MUST be obtained before returning any items(s). To receive your RA#, please call Stephanie at Diamond Jewelers (251-967-4141) or email For your security, please send merchandise back via a traceable carrier within a well-padded box. Diamond Jewelers is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
